This is a market wide FED induced slowdown and not company specific. The slightest wind of a inflation abating and the springback will be monumental. Remember covid and how wrong you were with that.

Who cares? I am collecting almost $ 20 000 in dividends a year. So I will keep collecting, don't care what market does. Yes my portfolio is dropping and I am losing money on the paper. Good news is that it is not just me , everybody is losing since whole world is depending and running on this financial bullshit. Only government idiots are thinking that budgets will balance itself and airplanes ...more

Indices officially re-entered bear territory yesterday on the news the FED is going to tighten longer than anticipated to bring down inflation. So we sell off hard now. However, the moment we get a drop in inflation we will see the market respond by buying up equities again in anticipation of a recovery. Equity markets are always ...more

The stock is down because of macro events that haved pushed many equities below their lows and NOT because of what you've said... like this in just the last 3 months alone: Do you really think that people will travel again though?   Travel is not coming back in Canada until Covid is eliminated.   I can only imagine that there will be severe restrictions starting this Fall. ...more

that's a real shame that only Brookfield will get all the juicy dividends until CHR runs out of cash, meanwhile retail investors are getting ripped off. Same old same old.
