Brookfield AM, with a premiun of 86M$ collected for the redemption of the prefferred shares!!!

the whole FALKO drama and the destruction of shareholders value while management and insiders cahed out big money will be taught as a business case for management failure and weak Board oversight: management can take any stupid decision and erase shareholders value as long as the Board and main insiders are well compensated ..... for shutting up 

At least it's behind us, and I hope we will see some improvement in the SP and to reinstate the dividende: I don't trust the management to invest the free cash flow on my behalf, i'd rather take it and invest it myself (hopefully in a better investment vehicule then this CHR)

Just to follow up, evidently they can deduct the dividends already paid from the 1.4x so it's not as bad as I thought.
