"We have CHR initiating a quarterly dividend of $0.06/share"
CIBC is out with a note on CHR, boosting target price to $3.50 from $3.25.
They see 2025 EPS at 33-cents from 25-cents.
They also highlight $250m in liquidity. If they can get an 11% return on that, it would add $26m in annual EBITDA but management better really nail some deals if it's going that route. I'd much rather see $100m dedicated to an SIB, which could take out around 15-18% of shares and would be accretive.

A quaterly dividend of 6¢/quarter equates to 2¢/mth. That is half of what they use to pay pre-covid (4¢/mth) when they did not have Falko on their back. It is certainly not out of the realm of possibility at all.
