Voted for the RAL segment sale. Hoping for the rest of the company to be sold at a similar price to book ratio (if not better).

They are selling RAL at .84 Book Value which is an imparaitment of $187,000,000. Plus there is another $30,000,000 going to BAM for early redemption of the preferred shares.  Buy high and sell low because of a cash flow squeeze.
