Immaterial to the business but can't hurt liquidity. It's tough to move any kind of volume in shares of CHR. Many (most?) days the company doesn't even trade $1 million.

Agreed but still, proposing on the high side a 1 for 10? This stock would last at $32 a share about 2 seconds then drop to the mid twenties at best like lightning imo.
