Iron ore prices are very favorable and a number of analysts are expecting demand to remain strong. Champion is trading well below the replacement value of the capital invested (historical and current) in Bloom Lake, the market is slowly starting to recognize its true value. I agree. Plus, the information about the outstanding warrants has been known for a long time and excercise of warrants that are deeply in-the-money should not come as a surprise to anyone and have already been priced in into the share price.
