Doesn't affect day to day business as they are paying off debt not borrowing more. My broker told me TD raised CIX to outperform based on continued positive inflow of funds and cheap valuation. US IPO of the US unit is a major catalyst as the proceeds will likely knock of nearly a 900mm in debt. Dividend is rock solid as well.
