interesting decision not to capitalize well workovers

cj is going to expense about 2 bucks a barrel for well workovers and such this year which is actually a sizeable number.

it makes there capital outlay look lower but is a bit of a trojan horse.

i think it was pennwest that got into big trouble with cra a few years ago when they capitalized this number.  it is a grey area but bottom line is well workovers pay for themselves hyper quick especially with so much service gear on the sidelines and available for a song.  They likely will wait until after breakup to do this work but should certainly give production a boost later in the year for little dough.
