150k proceeds is a large sell.  I'm not sure why there are people that always come out and try to minimize insider sells.  They are an important part of the investment landscape.   Insiders sell for lots of reasons which are usually not related to anything particularly negative about the company - though sometimes that is the case.  More often, they need the money ...more

comprised and bed-rocked on the philosophy of " Takers ".  Over the years, I have distilled Politics to two distinct Types, "Contributors/ Builders", and then there are the " Takers ". Takers are skilled at playing the Victim card to amass the sympathy of the vast Middlens.
