Dividend schedule

So with the announced monthly Div for November set @ .06
that would mean 3q results are kinda irrelevant, or does it set up a further increase into december
Why talk about November when it could have been a topic for October
my initial take is there is a lot more money available for divys and divys than they are revealing

A tally of debt, and the pace we paid it back at $80-90 oil. Despite the doom and gloom in the markets, the USD is really working in our favour here.
