Is being held down 8-8.30 range recently could be take over bid coming ,could be tax loss selling going on what ever  but  Ceo got carried away with Oil prices when they were going Up like so many Retails and did not Hedged 50% prouduction Over 100 bucks and raised Div. big Mistake .
