Biden won’t be able to manipulate SPR

He can't refill it unless he's willing to pay more. Thus no excess supply to dump into the market. He also gets no more help from the Fed recession rhetoric as it may actually push the US into recession, which would not be good for the Democrats with the election now just 22 months away. Undoubtedly oil climbs higher unless supply jumps considerably. My opinion only.
