Anyone else having problems with the TD webbroker site ????

Yes, I also had many problems with TD WebBroker. With 5-6 minutes prior to closing the Dashboard system would freeze and can only be reactivated after 4:00PM. In my opinion, their Server does not have the capacity to handle the traffic when investors want to close out their position at the end of the day. As expected, I got the runaround from several personal, but the last individual I talked to

Run as fast as you can from td. Opened an account about 15- 20 years ago. Deposited 10k. Traded for 6 months before my account was frozen. Told me they had no info on me. I asked for them to give me access to the account and ill walk into the bank and fill out the forms AGAIN. They said no. So I left. Went to Quest Trade. Taken over by Scotia and lived happily ever after...
