Ok folks

Ok folks in front of our own eyes we'll see loops lie again i bet.  He said he was making a lot of money selling $7.00 covered calls.  If CJ goes over $7.00 his shares get called away and he won't own the shares he sold covered calls on anymore.  He sure makes a good contrary indicator lol... GO CJ GO.
Comment by Quintessential1 on Jul 15, 2024 3:29pm
Yeah but "clearly out of the money". Psst  if they are "clearly out of the money",  why would anybody buy them?  GLTY and all

Covered $7.00 calls would he would get the money for the call but if Cj goes over $7.00 the person he sold his covered calls would get his shares.  If CJ stays under $7.00 he would get the money from the call and the dividend.  So GO CJ CO.

Inventory draws lower inflation and rate cut talk signaling increased demand with an ex-div and ER runup on the way.  It's just a matter of time. GLTA

if the shares goes over $7,00 I will lose my shares right away????? I think you dont know how it works... the holder will sell the call in the open market for a quick profit.... I sold my call for $0.15 it means the shares can go as high as $7,15 and I dont lose a penny... further more I have enough experience on that situation and can tell you the last investor who hold my call just before ...more

Are you including your transaction fees for options in your numbers or just basic surface math... I have to pay $2.25 cents per contract, $9.99 for each trade + $65 exercise fee & if exercised I have to pay anouther $9.99 for the exit transaction and anouther $2.25 per contract again... now being with ScotiaBank my fees tend to be higher than others... 700 contracts in one shot ...more
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 16, 2024 10:38am
lol I have nothing to do..I sold covered call for $0.15 each contract and the commission fees is $35,00 that's it that's all I have no other fees  the calls holder will have to pay for the shares and for the fees not me... just too funny... gracias   grinnnn..

Good try loopsdedupe! * Covered calls are often employed by those who intend to hold the underlying stock for a long time but do not expect an appreciable price increase in the near term. * This strategy is ideal for investors who believe the underlying price will not move much over the near term. It's always a concern (laugh) when someone "pretends" to be smarter than ...more

He always seems to know after the fact when CJ wastrading in the $6.60's he didn't think it would comeback, then CJ turns around and is now over $7.00.  I just recommend not to beleive him he consistantly gets caught lying.

$7.00 so what???? I got $7,15 for the stock
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 16, 2024 11:15am

July 4 you said you had 102 contracts then a day or 2 bebore you said 620 go back anmd look for yourself.
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 16, 2024 1:55pm
I dont said I have 102 contrat at that time...I said still 102 contracts available(for sale just in case you missed it) 518 contracts sold at the time of writing July 3
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 16, 2024 2:04pm
I never said that I have 620 contract at that time... I said with 62 000 shares=620 contracts  (maximum available for sale)  please read behind the lines
Comment by lnggasfor202324 on Jul 16, 2024 12:48pm
You can't buy 62000 contracts that don't even exist an d you'll pay per contract lot wich is 10.  You probably wouldn't ever know that because you probably never bought more then 10 contracts at once if you ever even bought 1 contract.
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 16, 2024 1:19pm
lol I dont buy 62 000 contracts what are you talking about??? I sold covered calls...I buy nothing at all 62 000 shares=620 contracts maximum available for sale please do your homework before posting nonscense like that
Comment by lnggasfor202324 on Jul 16, 2024 1:25pm
YOu don't know what your talking about your just a liar.  Why would I be jelous of you.  I have a house in the lower mainland and in in Victoria not Newfoundland.  Plus I have my shares and call options.  I dont need to lie like you.
Comment by lnggasfor202324 on Jul 16, 2024 1:29pm
Someone has to buy your coverd calls and they would show up in the option intrest.  Then you said you had 102 two days after you had 620.  You change your stories around more then you change your underwear.
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 16, 2024 1:39pm
1043 contracts =104 300 shares=open interest  for August 16,2024  strike price $7,00 please check it very closely...you are wrong
Comment by lnggasfor202324 on Jul 16, 2024 1:43pm
You never said what month.  Aug is even worse off for you becauser of their earning Aug 1 after markets close.  What about the 102 you said two days after the 620?
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 16, 2024 1:49pm
I dont understand what you says.... 102 contracts available for sale at that time because 518 contracts have already been sold
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 16, 2024 1:58pm
August 16 even worse for what????  it is my personnal account not your account what is your concern???
Comment by lnggasfor202324 on Jul 16, 2024 12:07pm
Thats even cheaper then mine at Itrade.  I bpay $35.00 per contract wich is 10=1000 shares.  I don't beleive $35.00 for over 100 covered calls.  Then if you want to buy your shares back you have to for that.  July 3/24 loops said he has 620 covered call colntracts then july 4/24 he said he hasd 102 contracts.  He's a liar caught in the act there.  Take a look ...more

Comment by lnggasfor202324 on Jul 15, 2024 5:52pm
Some times people like to gamble and try to get a bigger return.  I bought $5.00 calls wich are obvious in the money for jan 2025 and jan 2026, so far I would have being better off with the shares collecting some extra dividends.
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 15, 2024 9:19pm
lol you get lost on it..... just call the shares at $5,00 if you have the $5 call and collect the dividend right away... just to funny.....not sure you know how it works. gracias   grinnnnn...
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Jul 15, 2024 9:13pm
lol for many reasons... 1-if some body smell a take over 2-to protect a short sale 3-to dont miss a run up in case of a good news and many other reasons that's depending of many trading strategy....
