Activists needed for this stock

Ironic that Clarke Inc., which is an investor with a history of activism, as a stock exhibits many of the characteristics of an activist target.

Clarke Inc. is an undervalued company that invests in undervalued companies. It trades at a discount.

Clarke seeks active involvement in the governance and management of its activist target investments. It invests with the goal of improving the underlying company's performance and maximizing the company's value. Maybe someone should do the same to them?

Not possible as the largest shareholder holds over 50% of the stock.

Trading above book value which is above historical averages. It typically trades at a slight discount to book value.

I'm confused by the trading action. Bvps increases by 8% and the share price is up over 10% in a single day. Did they strike gold on one of their construction projects?!
