gold mergers

I'm surprised that with all the mergers of gold miners going on that the price of Cumberland hasn't rallied on speculation that it too, given its portfolio of properties, is an obvious takeover candidate by somebody major. The same goes for Exeter Resources (XRC)

kinross was in pretty deep for a short time , then left shortly after ...still can't figure that out ??
