insiders
Yes, insiders are publicly selling some stock but Kinnross is stil buying (they reported last week another 200 000 share bought). Kinnross management has great reputation as value buyers so maybe their buying is much more important for predicting future share price or company future (merger-takeover) then relatively small amount of shares sold by insiders.

IS IT POSSIBLE INSIDERS ARE SELLING AT THESE PRICES - SO AS KINROSS -WILL HAVE AN INCENTIVE - TO MAKE A TAKE-OVER BID ON CLG AT A HIGHER PRICE.??
