Can not believe this one has not moved

Here is an open pit mine with unbelievable grade and thickness almost on the surface. It is very close to an established town with a good airfield and access to ocean shipping via Hudson Bay. It will be relatively easy to build a road to the mine from Baker Lake if they want to to use a winter road to get the concentrate out. So what is the problem?

at least they got the goods and are way ahead of any junior looking for the gold....takes years to find it and go thru a feasibility study and a mine built at the end....dave.
