Every chance I have to give them feedback, I do. Every chance they get to ignore it, they do. It's at least 5 years behind other platforms, e.g. Scotia's iTrade. Once. Once a few *months* ago -- they rolled out a glorious platform. One where you could do your own naked puts! You could have long expirations! It was wonderful. Further to my post of dec 18. I finally got a reply from Investors Edge re: an Email I Sent them that same day. It was a form letter and did not address my legitimate issues in any way. If management ever listens to their bullboards (or their customers for that matter) ,I would strongly suggest that they clean things up. YES, IT SUCKs LARGE.....I tried selling some stock today online and it gives me an error that I am not holding the shares...Lol. Then called them and I get "they can not take my call due to unforessen circumstances" then a hang up.

Not true. I bet u already had an open order to sell on the same stock. Can't sell a stock 2 times. Also their new site is up and running smoothly.

They took down the changes cause it was full of bugs. But in May they will be coming out with the new platform. But instead of rolling it out all at once it would be a bit at a time so they don't have that problem again. After talking to some of the staff there more than one of them has said this. I also like the CM dividend. Nice and Fat.
