much nicer place

stockhouse is....they really got rid of a lot of the spam.

Maybe some investors will come back?? probably not..hahaha

I think this stock has its bottom, bank stocks rarely get into over sold territory
and when they do, they don't stay there long

Agree. The shorters are have fun with C/M the past few weeks. I can't believe there are investors out there selling.  Obviously pensioners and those less experienced listening to their broker and panicing.  Sad because they won't find a better investment or recoup what they had and/or lost.

today the banks are getting hurt because of news that they have o hold more capitial and BMO just did an offering( selling shares) to cover the extrac cost market is worried the BIG five will have to dilute to cover extra cost of holding extra money on the books
Comment by marcrobert on Dec 13, 2022 1:13pm
actually they have to dilute because they need to raise the extra capital and do nothing with it.

This sell off does seem to be a bit overdone but I'm happy to keep adding. This is a larger drop than the covid crisis! It's certainly possible that the banks could slide further in the next year but if you have a long term view, it sure looks compelling.  GLTA.
