Any insight on the new CEO appointed and reasons why the relatively young ex-CEO left for 'other opportunities?'

Perhaps today's announcement holds a key to the future . Of the orgainizational changes 6 of the 10 contains the phrasing " reporting to Pramod Jain". Sounds like centralizaling most functions under the new boss.
