Port Capacity

I'm sure the stock would have jumped at least $1.00 if the markets were not so negative. Nice video on the cline web site, must have spent 3 months making it. (no wonder they have been so quiet).

Anyway Reuters has a june 9th FACTBOX that shows all the ports and their capacities in North America. It states (SEE BELOW) that the port capacity is 2 mill tons, so how do we get to 3 mill tons if the port cant handle it?

Just asking.

Below that is a list of existing export capacity.
PROPOSED NORTH AMERICAN COAL EXPORT EXPANSION
 * Burnside Bulk Terminal; Mississippi River, 60 miles (95km) west of New Orleans, Louisiana; operator, ImpalaWarehousing, unit of Trafigura [TRAF.UL]; capacity planned upto 11.5 million short tons per year.
 * Port of Morrow; Columbia River near Boardman, Oregon;coal throughput Ambre Energy, which acquired an option to leaseland; capacity planned unavailable.
 * Gateway Pacific Terminal; Whatcom County, Washington;operator, SSA Marine; coal throughput, Peabody Energy ( BTU.N),24 million short tons per year.
 * Millennium Bulk Logistics, Longview, Washington; ownersAmbre Energy and Arch Coal ( ACI.N); 5 million short tons a yearinitially, eventually up to 80 million.
