The $86M was without warrants if I remember correctly. These people did the DD with a lot more inside information than all of us and thought $2.75 was fair value with a return on top. The difference between them and us is the long term view they would have vs short term traders (likely many of us).Like Mplak says (but for a different reason), relax, value will be returned soon enough to satisfy us
