A public notice of the proposed decision was published in the Chronicle -News on November 18, 2011. This public notice initiated a ten -day public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were received by the Division during the public comment period. At the close of business, 5:00 pm, on November 28, 2011, the Division's decision became final. SUCKS A$$ that "Something" hapenned yesterday to whipe out about 20 cents of this news. With yesterday's market we should have closed in the 1.70's coupled with this news could have poppd us back easily 1.90's. I wonder where we'll be now that we are starting at 1.55

I'll definitely start to buy here based on the confluence of very good macro and company specific news. The Chinese moving to ease capital requirements, coordinated G7 liquidity action recognizing that they cannot rely on European leaders to contain the crisis, receipt of Blue Seam permit.
