Cline Mining Corporation > Hold and accumulate......

Hold and accumulate......

As discussed by Eric N. from Sprott yesterday on BNN, everything is being traded off the headlines in the last 6 x months, nothing is trading based on true value.

Hold and accumulate those resource companies that will have good production growth go forward, no debt....meaning a great balance sheet and in areas of long term demand, like oil, coal etc.

CMK - 97,000,000 million in cash or approx. .45 cents per share in cash
CMK - No debt at all
CMK - $50 million unused CL - so they don't need to go begging in 2012 when markets are tight (if they get tight)
$200 million in assets (machinery etc)
Newly upgraded state of the art facility
All Mining approvals as of mid-November for new seams (multiple producing seams for ramp-up)

This mine as per the third party 43-xxxxx technical report indicated this mine is worth over a billion dollars, just the mine, not taking into consideration the structures, assets as per above.

Based on the stock price today (taking out cash) you get the whole mine for free, only paying for cash on-hand, and assets of $200 million in the books.

Crazy cheap and cannot wait until this starts spitting out the cash flow HUGE on a quarterly basis.....it will be a mini - Walter when it's completed. Short term means nothing as this will all pass in a year, by then we are doing 2-3 million tons a year and China will be buying more tonage in their history by end of 2012.

This is my opinion and do your own DD!

oh and another thing u forgot to mention in your pumping is the very high burn rate...according to other pumpers on this board there is "350 employees on site and growing!".... you also forgot to mention...no revenues, no contracts and no prospects.....but that's just minor details right? ...btw oilismoney...where did you get your figures from?....that's a lot of coal ...more

Dude I am not a pumper I am pointing out how undervalued I believe this junior is along with many others. I remember  a lot of people on the WTN board that gave up on that stock after the 2008 meltdown.....because WTN didn't move for a  while and was hitting some new lows because of all the market noise, about 6 x months before buy-out.....OWWWCH Many of us are ...more

Fair enough cooper...you are stating your opinion but not being very objective...you are saying that they are in final developement stages and yet a year ago the ceo announced in a big nr released on xmas eve that they had started production...now we all know that it was B$...but it did shoot the share price up over $5 and all insiders sold their cheap and free options...making a killing...then ...more
