So, after this bump where does this put us for Tuesday?

My fear is - right back where we were two days ago... at 2 bucks.  That would really suck since we climbed to 2 bucks simply on green market days and nothing else... we fall back on red days then our NR Tuesday will pop us back where we already were... meaning Tuesday we are no further ahead and any positive share movement is swallowed up thanks to Standard and "make me" Poor ...more

Hopefully if S&P downgrades (as expected) the markets will have priced that in already since it's been talked about for weeks.  Then Monday we can gain a few cents in advance of a hopefully POSITIVE NR Tuesday.

Did the company confirm a release next tuesday.  Remember we are waiting for year end results and not quarterlies.  Quarterlies are due 45 days from quarter end and year ends are 60 days so we may have to wait for this release which is nothing anyway because the company is not operating.   Pasta

Aren't Year End reports due within 90 days of year end? That would put the report being released by end of February 2012. With the first coal shipment in August 2011, is there much to be reported with respect to production in the Year End? Don't think so. Q1, 2012 (December-February) will be the real test of where production is at and more importantly the production trajectory for the ...more

So...Is there a freaking NR coming tomorrow or at the end of next month?  Does anyone have any clarity on this whatsoever?
