GCE

Weird. Drops over a dollar in couple of minutes with over a million shares traded. Anyone know anything about what's going on?

Hello ark If somehow that deal with GCE falls thru, I think you CMK share holders could get a windfall wish I was in, but all gunpowder is working Good luck to all retail investors

Was thinking the same thing earlier this morning.. don't know what it would take for the deal to fall through BUT..... I doubt highly CMK would be any more a target than we are today but the crowds might look for another place to park their profits.

oilsmoney: I think you're right. CMK would certainly benefit from the GCE deal going bad. Something is not right over there. You now have a 10% discount to the buyout price, but it's the high volumn that is worrisome. They are now approaching 10 mil. shares, that's a whopping $90 mil. changing hands. This kind of money would suggest something is not right with the deal. Interesting ...more

Interesting enough Jonestown Research is shorting Winsway.  This should almost be illegal in itself.  Maybe they'll make more shorting than a liable suit would cost them... who knows interesting nonetheless.

Yah Nice to be out of GCE and not having to run around like a chicken with its head cut off!  Which makes me pause  -- Methinks I'll wander over to the GCE board to watch some headless chickens.

Jonestown Research took a 'short' position with Winsway.  Almost seems ilegal - take a short position then slam the company with potentially less than honest information.  I wonder how much of their short position they still have.
