IMO, the company is going run out of cash by the end of the year. At the last quarter, CMK had $58MM in cash. Then drew down $25MM of bonds. It will take down the remaining $25MM end of April. So at best, the company has/had $98MM of cash. This year, the company stated it will have $50MM of cap. ex. and $125MM of operating costs. That $50MM does not include the rail spur. 

If you look at where the majority of the share placements have gone off, the share prices were substantially higher. The public markets won't be very receptive to a new placement. 

I think this one is heading down. JMO

Your welcome, but I did see a post I made on CMK in early March. Is your statement representative of your due diligence skills.  BTW, if have an intelligent comment about Cline's liquidity... nah, forget it.
