guess on bad news release?

anyone want to guess what's the bad news is gonna be???????

 

1)equity financiing for 50 million at 1.00 a share????

2)production target cut to 1 million tonnes for 2012?

 3) granting stock options to all directors for 1 million shares each vested immediately at price of $1.15?/???

4) other...please provide

they better get as many options as they can, b/c anyone with half a brain will vote out all these directors, i certainly will.
