longrun: even if there is bad news, one can still make money if the market has over discounted the bad news. What is the sign to look for? For one, RBC Global Assets sold some 9.1 mil. shares since the beginning of the year. If I saw RBC buying with strength, it's one solid indicator for me.

If I remember correctly, WTN hit a high close to $11 and collapsed to .90. I was there.

I thought that if there is material news that management is obligated to release that info ASAP. With a SP decline of 50% in just over a month or so something material has had to of changed??? What am I missing regarding material changes??

I am not sure anything has changed. Its just that time is running out and shareholders are putting two and two together and it equals more dilution. The lack of a press release indicating we are producing and selling some coal is what is driving this down. Therefore, its a lack of postive news.
