You try to push your case pal, hear this. When a CEO and his entourage come out and tell us that in 2011 production would be 1million tons and in 2012, 3thousand tons and then oops 1.7million tons and so forth, two things might be happening either the CEO is a crook or he does not know what he is talking about. Tinyhope, these lawsuits  to my opinion are a waste of time and money; It would be very difficult for the plaintifs to prove "intent to mislead".  The CEO may claim incompetence which is not a criminal offense and get away with his blunders. The shareholders would be hard pressed to prove that what he did was with the intent to harm the company.  The court would
