until the end of April:

 

produced about 60,000 T clean coal

cash position around 40,000,000

yearly productionprojection  reduced to 470,000T

only 1.5 supersections working with two CM, other idle

On a positive side - perhaps there will be no dilution. They are trying to match production and operating expenses to sales:   "For the period May 2012 to December 2012 the Company anticipates spending the following amounts, based on the revised operational plan: operating costs of approximately $36.0 million and new capital of approximately $16.0 million. could be worse, canaco just release resource estimate at less than 1M oz gold, analysts were expecting 2.5, theyre about to tank

Market is soft... This alternative would generate production of 470,000 clean coal tons in 2012...  and what is the cost of capex and opex on this play...   can someone point to the paper numbers for closer scrutiny. Maybe the land package was preemptive... not for frial emotions.. but again it is coal, no?
