I can see all the big shots faces at Cline this morning. They're all stumped. "Why isn't the s/p going up Cleaves? Duh, I don't know Bates. Let's ask our magnificant Chief of Operations. Mraz? Mraz? Mraz?!!!!!".

Any thoughts why Cline would not have used a Halt? Say Halt the stock at 3pm yesterday release the News After hours or even at 9 am this morning?   One other question do you think it was wise to announce this kind of News when the US Markets are closed today?   Would the volume be higher if the US was trading today?

A halt is to control the volume. Look at our volume. There essentially is none. The U.S. market would only have brought minimal volume.
