I emailed him an got a responce in less than 15 minutes . So the email is ok and works. I don,t even respone to my customers that fast.

About contracks . I dont think its right to post someones email responce , but you can ask him the same thing. Or just ask how is day is going. Its your shareholders right you are paying his wages . He was very direct and i know it was not a generic email responce. Have no choice but to be going long like  a few here. Let hope all turns out good for all even Shane. Not sure about Miner8470 is

These email wars are an exercise in futility unless you guys have nothing else to do and you want to scratch the table to be noticed. Even if Casey had signed a contract, he would not selectively release the piece of information to no one. This is in line with the OSC guidelines and  the company could be sued. Material news release is supposed to be  simultaneous to everyone

forget about it players like arch coal are closing operations to conserve cash and laying off employees this may give you a big picture on what maytranspire with cmk over the next few montrhs i am sure the new additional management players will make this decision come much quicky
