Waiting for...

the first shipment of coal that was to be sold within 10 days of the AGM and the first insider purchase from the Oz dude who claimed he was going to buy $150,000 of CMK stock. So far no word on either claim. Not surprised. Since when has anybody at Cline ever made a promise that they could keep.

Good for you, lobo, for actually contacting Sean Casey. I don't think it is a very good sign that there are delays in negotiating a spot sale for 1 shipment of coal. I suspect the macro environment is not good for semi soft coking and it is probably reflected in pricing. I wouldn't be surprised if the Chinese entity with whom Cline is negotiating with is low balling them on the price ...more

What also has me worried is that Casey has made no mention of any other companies as potential customers. I hope he's not putting all of his hope in one company. If that company decides not to buy then what? SCREWED!

The survival of companies like CMK that have not been established in the market depends a great deal on the good stewardship of its management, to be able to go through hard times, but the current management and Board are a bunch of amateurs who decided to become miners, and what is interesting is that the same management was re-elected at the AGM.
