RBC Capital Markets

Just saw a RBC report where the analyst expects that Cline will need to raise anywhere from $50-$75 million in the next 12 months to ramp up production. The question I ask is how is Cline going to raise anywhere near that amount when the current market cap of the company is $60 million? Can you say major dilution. The analyst also said insolvency is increasingly probable if the company can't sell any coal in the second half of 2012. I think the analyst was being generous with a $.35 target price only because RBC may have an opportunity to participate in an equity issue.

With the threat of dilution I don't see how this share price will have any major upside. Maybe Guns can explain it to me?

Their only way to save the company is to do a joint venture with a large cap company.

Per RBCCM (see below) - company is dead.  Good-bye CMK.  Ernest/Ken/Sean, very sad.  How stupid is it now to have said to go after the BC gov't.  Do you think you'll get any money now from BC?  What a shame.  No major will take them over.  Wait till liquidation process starts then get the mine for a song instead.   Event Cline Mining reported its Q2 ...more

They will raise money by dilution and issuing another 200 million shares at .35 and that is the only way to do it as CRK did the same thing and drove it into the ground. Sell on any decent pop and get out of this stock.

Does anyone have the new Dundee research report, I think out today, that initiates coverage of Cline Mining with a Buy rating a .90 price target?   I will track it down eventually, but perhaps someone has it already?
