Any chance BC and CMK may agree to a settlement?  Even 20% of value would be 50 cents per share.

Hi glorieux3, based on what I observed at the AGM I'd say the chances of immediate settlement at 20% of original $500 MM suit is < 1% likely. 6 land holders have settled for $4.9 MM already. I've posted earlier about commentary at the AGM about how silly it is to spend precious cash that CMK has left on legal matters - just settle for $2 MM and move on - but CMK, it seems would rather

If the NDP gets in, in the next election cline Mining will end up with nothing and they will shut down all mining as they did before. IMHO  tinyhopes
