Strong short covering in the coal sector, Glencore ups the bid for Xstrata, a good sign for M&A in the coal sector, a bullish sign I may add.

Let's hope that the Mine Plan contains viable and sustainable plans for Cline going forward and not simply a 'mine plan' that David Stone drops in the mailbox at the Trinidad airport on his way out of the country.
