You're missing the point pal, CMK, if it has any news, they must keep their lips tight and not be loose cannons. And the OSC is sleeping at the switch. They must ask CMK to explain why the move in both volume and price. These are the rules of the game. And let CMK deny that there is any news forthcoming. I understand longrun the move is not dramatic but for this penny stock to go from 16 cents to 22.5 cents it means a 30% move in price along with volume. All the OSC has to do is ask CMK to make a statement that the move is circumstantial , or market related and has nothing to do with any company developments. For to me for a mine which is under care and maintenance and its stock to be going up
