As I mentioned yesterday, the bond holders have the power to set the rules now. Since it would be impossible for them to run a mine and even dispose of it, they should set conditions of saving the mine and one of the conditions should be that the old guard must be discarded and them to exercise the right to convert all the interest due to common shares. It's this conversion that should be conditional that Bates and co go on a long vacation. This would give CMK a breathing space of 6-monhts time until new developments emerge. Bond holders must help the new management. To blame everything on the "market" is very convenient for Bates and co to excuse the inexcusable-depleting this company dry with their reckless behaviour and opportunism. For if the market is to blame for everyting, what is the point of having a CEO.

I for one like your thinking, "bond" thanks haveing been heer since I sold Western Coal not all investers are day traders some longs hanggggggggg on till the endddddd. tinyhopes
