Good Omens?

Opinions will differ as to where Cline is going for quite some time. My take is that the new guard will try to make a go of it. The fact they kept the technical personnel is a sign that they may try another go. Judging from my personal experience, whenever there is a shake up of the senior management the technical personnel stays on. That and of itself is an indication that the new bosses will try a go of this company. The fact they got rid of the old guard and reduce costs is a plus. In any case I am glad Bates and his entourage are gone. It was ridiculous for Bates and his ilk to borrow money in order to pay their fat salaries at the expense of the shareholders. This had to stop. Did anyone ever hear  Bates and his friends to share the pain with the shareholders by reducing their salaries and benefits? Never. So, maybe the omens are not so bad, after all. Only time will tell.

My take is there will be no bankruptcy despite what you hear from the babble mouths of this board. The reason: the market conditions are such that if Marret forces bankruptcy and does not sign a "forbearance" agreement with Cline, they won't even get the liquidation costs to dispose of the assets, never mind getting their money back. So, it would be in the interests of Marret to  ...more
