End or New Beginning

New managment has sold 4 train loads of coal as of today. Got rid of a few folks who should have been out a long time ago. Unfortunatly they have decided to voluntary delist common shares to save capital. They know there are many shareholders still out here who still have a little hope for this company. The coal market will turn around soon. With new team in place and demand for the commodity Cline could return. looking forward to a positive news release in the near future. Cheers to all!

Still never found out if the coal was sold. I nerver got a call back from anyone at Cline and the number for Robinson goes to voice mail now.

If management can pull off a miracle by securing financing say $10 mil. enough to stay off Marret for the short term, the SP will gain 500-1000% in a heart beat.

Cline will be refinanced because Haywood would not have consented to the cancelation of the Rights offering unless he had secured the promise from Marret that they would back him up or he would be in breach of trust vis-a-vis the sharehoolders and he would be liable for breach. it is my sense that this scenario was scripted from the start when Haywood was placed on the board to the dismay of ...more
