This is my first post but I've been following this board for some time now. Riverrocks, I love your optimism. Just for fun I bought 80000 shares at half a penny just before the de-list. Let's see what happens.

Now i wish you the best of luck . Lets hope Mark is playing for us and not aginst us. I think that anyone that has not lowered them self down to less then $ 0.25 is crazy .

If I'm not mistaken, it was Haywood who insisted the mine stay open and the workers keep their jobs, and negotiated the new $10mil bond. These don't seem like things to do if the plan is to liquidate. Also, forebearance as opposed to foreclosure is a sign of good faith from a lender that the borrower will be able to repay a loan. I'm also under the impression that Cline has a new CFO ...more

These designations, CFO,CEO etc., are requirements of TSX when the stock is listed; they want to know who is who and what is what for legal purposes and accountability. But if the stock is delisted, the Chairman can exercise most of these powers and don't need a CEO. The stock will re-list on the TSX if and when the company goes into production and wants to expand thus needs to issue stock for ...more
