Solutions - What future?
The previous guys on the management team had to go.....costing the company too much to fund their pay packets - If staff are not performing you must terminate them quickly!
Hopefully in the interim (Last couple of weeks) there is evidence regarding;
1. Reduction of costs,
2. Securing favourable terms for funding purposes (Financing).
3. Sales contracts.
4. Production.
