Hi Riverrocks. Could you please ask; 1. Are they going to dilute the shareholders units? 2. Is there an exit plan with the restructure? I.e. Selling the company or merging with another? 3. Who would they be using to get the sales contracts in place? And would China or India be worthwhile pursing? 4. Will - CLNMF:US relist on the TSX again? What is the strategy / goal? ...more

Someone should go dressed as a homeless person with a sign that says "Cline Shareholder", walking around the meeting begging for lunch money and someone should tape this and upload to youtube.

That is funny! Just got off the phone with Mark Haywood! The guy Is working very hard to clean up. He has a very good plan. and is doing the best that he can with the problems left behind. Everyone should attend the meeting he has a really informative presentetion prepared! In opinion if any one can save Cline it is Him.go to the meeting tomorrow!
