Dividends (?)
Ex-Dividend Date: 30 Dec. 2020 with payment on January 15. Does this mean that it is time to sell this stock now? I think CNE shares price is locked in by this silly dividend and with no prospect for growth (at least not in the immediate future) this is death water. CNE share price appears to be stuck and short of perhaps a takeover or management change I don’t see a way out. Don’t want to sound too much like Oil13 but if the shoe fits....

Insiders are buying, the company generates enough money/profits to buyback shares and give a dividend and you want to sell. Go nuts Even with no share price movement you do 5% profit each year, I'll stay.

Insiders are not buying, they are selling options positions... FYI Nothing happening here until 2024 at best, and if you know Gamba like I do, many surprises to the downside are coming between now and then... just saying.. JMHO

Silly dividends have locked in the share price at depressed level. This 5% dividend (that benefits mainly insiders) as nice as it may look is of little consolation for shareholders that bought this stock at higher levels. Generated cash should be re-invested in growth through drill bit or acquisition at this stage. Time to get rid of this self-serving management? G37
