new debt offering??
CNE is going to pay off their $320 mill USD senior 2025 7.25% notes using a somewhat larger NEW debt offering is this correct?? does anyone now what the interest rate will be?? i see this as a good thing if the interest rate is lower and pushes out the due date. am i also correct its larger because they need to start financing activities to support the building of this proposed new pipeline? please clarify..dwdc
