Wholeheartedly agree. Disgusting $50MM extra debt, no debt reductioon. $50MM from McQuarie  used 'for general corpotate purposes' so what is it being spent on exactly?  maybe the idea is that McQuarie will eventually make a call on the debt and put CNE into administration!!! Bye bye CNE. Also whoever accounts for the 'Settlement' of  $14.2MM in other income and what

When investing i always ensure due diligence on the BOD, past connections/companies and performance...IMHO this company has serious issues,like sunshine oilsands
