A cold morning in Ottawa (-30)

Enjoying rolling blackouts , locked down and nowhere to go  , meanwhile environment Canada is warning us that the air quality outside is very bad due to Quebeckers across the river burning wood in their wood stoves. 

Trudeau is right , the effects of global warming are truly unbearable !!
