The government couldn't give any assurances that even though the company would have met all regulatory obligations and after spending millions in planning that a pipeline would have a reasonable chance to be built Teudumb was forced to buy the pipeline because after that fiasco, what company in their right mind would want to invest in ANY major infrastructure project here
